Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 6-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 28-ounce can tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 sweet green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (or 2 to taste)
- 17-ounce can red kidney beans
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

Directions
Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes or until the flavors are blended.
